Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your hunt. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Exploration Navigation, operated by Crystal Roden, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at Support@explorationnavigation.com and we’ll help you process the refund through Paddle.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle handles the refund mechanics directly.
